Supportive Treatment

This is essential along with other treatment measures. We focus on such vitiligo management and supportive treatment for vitiligo so that patients and family’s confidence increases, they have positive approach, they involve in their vitiligo fight with realistic expectations and face the society with out any depression

Counselling: We provide counselling prior to the consultation and even after the consultation. This will help patients and family’s understand vitiligo, treatment approach, what to expect, importance of their involvement and information about aspects like lifestyle changes, diet, skin care, stress management will increase the positive outcomes. We try to find about any sign of depression in patient, and try to talk to patients to make them positive and fight their vitiligo with confidence.

Camouflage: We encourage temporary camouflage options so that patients can hide the patches and face the society. However, there are issues with this option, one can not expect perfect colour match and this option is not economical for long term.
